What? Kiwanis 56th Annual Pancake Festival! $6 per Ticket. All the Pancakes you can eat! Tickets available from your local Portsmouth Kiwanis Member or at the door the day of the event.
Playing on Portsmouth’s rich baseball heritage, Columbia Gas of Ohio will be holding an event for families.
When? Thursday April 20th from 6pm-8pm
What? Columbia Gas holds family fun event– Columbia Gas of Ohio will be holding a family fun event, serving hot dogs, nachos and popcorn. There will be baseball-themed giveaways, including Cincinnati Reds and Columbus Clippers ticket packages. Representatives from Columbia Gas of Ohio’s Customer Care team will also be on hand to help residents discover ways to manage their current bills. There is no obligation to purchase anything and this is a FREE event to let the community know about programs to make their homes more comfortable and safe while also saving money.

Where? Scioto County Fair Grounds 1193 Fairground Rd, Lucasville OH 45648
What? Scioto County’s Largest Swap meet. You will find something for everyone of all ages, clothes, toys, hunting and fishing gear, farm animals of all shapes and sizes, pets of all types, antiques, local arts and crafts, Farm fresh foods, plants, and much more. Parking is now FREE on the Fairground lots. General admission will be just $3 per person ( Friday early bird admission is $4 per person) with 12 and under getting in Free.

Friday: Welcome to Shawnee
5-8pm Courtsey boat inspections by Division of Watercraft in Campground
6-8pm Hayrides in Campground, meet in front of large shower house.
10pm Quiet time, fishing starts early!
Saturday: Derby Day
6am-2pm Trout Derby! Catch fish and enjoy the food vendors, register fish for prize eligibility until 2pm under tent next to log cabin at Turkey Creek Boat Ramp. Kiddie Fishing Area (children 12 and under) at Turkey Creek Beach.
10am Passport to Fishing program by Scioto Soil and Water at kiddie fishing area.
11am Clean and Cook your Catch over the Campfire with chef Kenny in kiddie fishing area.
1-5pm Fish Shocking demo by the Division of Wildlife on Roosevelt Lake
3pm Award ceremony at the Amphitheater!
Grand Prize Wins Boat! Must be present to Win!
6-8pm Hayrides in the Campground, meet in front of large Shower house.
Sunday: Fish and relax in the park.
